Where do I begin, Coast to Coast Terrazzo is where it's at. I have a 1958 home here in Saint Petersburg FL and discovered my Terrazzo when I redid my kitchen in 2018, I hired a very well known company to refinish my floors in just the kitchen and dining, and left the rest of the house for a later date.Fast forward to 2024, and it was time to finally finish what I started. Russell was so patient and understanding when helping me plan on how I was going to get out of my home for 3 days. He helped me figure out a step by step time line of this whole process. If you know the process of Terrazzo refinishing you know its messy, so the more prepared you can be the better!I can not thank Derrick and Eddy enough on their professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, their non stop hard work, and countless patience throughout the process.They knew how meticulous I am, and completely exceeded my expectations.Eddy, did such an amazing good on matching My new repairs, that he also replaced my pervious repairs from the other company and it was perfect.If I had to do this all over again, I would do it with this team.Thank you guys for keeping my house clean when you left and going above and beyond on this job that meant a lot to me. The crew was outstanding and they truly put in the effort to bring back our terrazzo flooring that had years of abuse. The end product is absolutely beautiful! I would highly reccomend giving them a call with any terrazzo restoration projects that you might have.

After the owner Chris screwed up his dates and then blew me off after his crew showed up 3 hours late to my property, I was in a mad scramble to get my kitchen floor redoneWe called around and got ahold of Russell at Coast to Coast, the day after Christmas, who gave us a quote for $1000 less than DR.TERRIBLE and said he could be there in two weeks. What a life saver.Unfortunately I was out of town for a work trip but their crew came in and explained to my Fiancé every step of the way, allowing her to take photos and giving detailed updates throughout the process. This gave me some great peace of mind as I was out of the state.When I got home I was blown away at the great how great the floors came out! There were a few repairs I opted to skip out on as ultimately it's a rental property.Fast, affordable, high communication, and attention to detail. Coast to coast did a superb job on the Travertine floor in our kitchen. Russel was excellent to work with. The job done at a fair price. Eddy and Joe Were always on time, we’re extremely efficient and courteous, and we’re true professionals in what they do. I would definitely hire them again.
Joesph and Eddy were very professional and thorough. They explained everything that they were going to do to the floor. I was at work and they sent pictures of their work as the day went on. Joesph and Eddy kept us abreast of every step to make sure we were happy with what they did so far before going to the next step. . And they spent time with the after care instructions to keep our floors looking this good. I cannot stress the level of skill these 2 men showed us this week. You can tell by the before and after photos what a wonderful job they did. And they the price was very reasonable for the level of craftsmanship I received.
The team we worked with at Coast to Coast was absolutely great. They took time to recap everything about the process upfront, timing, stages. Eddie and Joseph worked through hurricane conditions and through an injury. The rough, scarred floors turned out beautifully, even more so than we could have imagined.
